Beautiful hotel. I stayed in Grand Cosmopolitan Hotel a few times before and I had always the best experience. The staff is lovely, food in the restaurant is excellent and the rooms are nice and clean. Also the location of the hotel is great. Highly recommend.

From start to finish we were treated amazingly by the staff. The room was fantastic, wifi worked extremely well. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, although can recommend the room service. The metro overhead station is a 5 min walk that will take you down to the Mall of Dubai. The hotel offers free shuttle (dependant on room type) that will take you to Mall of Emirates and beach. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderfully relaxing week at this hotel. The location is excellent and makes it easy to enjoy the surrounding area. All the staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful, and the cleaning staff in particular were always attentive and happy to assist. There was a great variety of choices at both breakfast and dinner, with something for everyone. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel, especially for its excellent location, cleanliness, friendly staff, and overall relaxing atmosphere. We definitely look forward to coming back again!

10/10 property. Honestly, I don't know where to start. We had an excellent time from start to finish. The staff are incredible, very polite, welcoming and respectful. The hotel is pristine and the rooms and amenities are spot on. The complimentary Sauna and Steam room is excellent. The Breakfast is delicious and lots of variety, great touch to allow breakfast to run till 12 PM. Nothing is difficult for these people, they make every aspect of the stay comfortable. The area is very convenient. We shall surely be recommending to others and returning in the future.
