A huge thank you to Matty at the front desk for the outstanding hospitality. Truly topnotch service professional, kind, attentive, and made the stay even more memorable. One of the best parts is how convenient everything is. Bistro Alder right in the lobby has amazing food, and the hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to everything in the heart of Portland.
