Esteban was so helpful, from checking us in and processing our complimentary tickets to the Japanese Garden. We appreciated the extra touches with amenities, from fresh cookies to coffee, hot water and tea available to guests made the trip wonderful. Location was great and free parking was the cherry on top. We will stay again!

Loved the location, perfect walking distance to 23rd st and surrounding areas. Staff were super friendly and helpful, my stay was great. The only downside I’d have is parking, there’s limited spaces and they are very compact.

The front desk staff was very helpful. Recommended dining and offered complimentary tickets to the Japanese gardens. He let us know the Portland Timbers were playing a few blocks away and we ended up going.

Overall a great stay ! Staff was amazing and helpful, definitely went above and beyond the standard expectations. My only real complaint was how loud the bed was and no access to blankets during this stay as it was a colder weekend. I definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for short stay in Portland!

Large king suite with separate bedroom. Great amenities in the lobby . Very nice staff and parking available right near our room. Tight spaces but manageable. Good walkability to attractions. Very nice option to visit Japanese gardens for free with tickets from hotel. Only thing I would recommend to add to hotel would be small table or shelf in bathroom for toiletries.

Close to The Japanese Garden and NW 23rd. Room was large and accommodating. The views from the windows of room 209... cement walls. Parking was tight but we managed. It would have been nice to have more than just cookies at breakfast.

We had a great stay in Portland ! We got a suite with a queen bed and kitchenette for 3 nights. The room is very spacious and clean. The location is pretty central and close to all amenities. We're happy with this inn 🙂 plus the free parking is a bonus!

Decent hotel near downtown Portland with free parking (back parking lot is kind of weird to get out of, but if you have decent driving skills you should be able to get out). Staff was super friendly and made the check-in process fast and easy even when we had to make some changes to the room (Family wanted the rooms close together as we booked 2 diff rooms). Definitely go by Washington Park as it is close by to here. We frequented Yokai Musubi for breakfast while we were there (right down the block) and def go by Blue Star Donuts as well (10 min walk).
