"Hotel staff was terrific, site is very convenient to the convention center, and public spaces are comfortable. Only complaints are: It was the first hotel room I've stayed in for many, many years that didn't have a fridge. Since I was participating in a sporing event and wanted to have early morning breakfast in the room—like yogurt or juice—that was not possible. Also, in the 3 days I stayed nobody ever serviced my room (I was out all day so it was free). I didn't care that nobody made the bed. I don't need that. But after the first day I'd used up all the in-room coffee and creamer, and it was never replenished. On the last day I finally went to the front desk and got some."

"Loved the breakfast! Chef Russell prepared an amazing omelet! We arrived in time for evening reception, enjoyed our cocktails and then requested the shuttle drive us down to the Cascade shopping area. The shuttle driver was so kind and helpful! The room was nice, and had a flatscreen in the living area as well as the bedroom. Bed was firm. Shower did not have the best pressure. We were in an outside room on the 8th floor and we could hear the jets fly by. The parking is paid, and they do not charge it to your room, you have to do it separately through QR code which may be really difficult for non tech people. The hotel itself is quite striking with the botanical feel and the set up is nice. The complimentary reception is in the back area where the breakfast is served, not in the main bar."
