"Paid an unexpected 10$ per vehicle parking fee… Poor service at front desk, almost no words other than telling that if driving a car o ad to pay for parking, he just dropped the key on the counter and moved on. Bathroom without heating, it felt cold. Room was okay, bed not the best but comfy enough."

"They should advertise this as 50 bucks more expensive once you get there because they want to charge you 50 bucks to park your car. Or you can park on the street but you have to pay for that too and you can’t start paying till eight in the morning, so you have to get up early run out there pay come back in and there’s a bunch of dog crap all crap all over the sidewalk while you’re trying to park your car would recommend would not recommend staying here not even a hot tub. What’s going on?"

"We've stayed at the Heathman when visiting family in the area, and it is our favorite place to stay. This trip we upgraded to a deluxe King room for a small amount, and loved it! A comfortable king bed, full sized sofa, and a balcony.... I was sad we were only staying for one night it was such a nice room."
