Great little hotel in a fantastic location

Great location just a few yards from the main zocalo. Remarkably quiet at night. Hotel is in older building but very well taken care of and room was great.

El hotel está muy cerca del zócalo y de la alameda. La habitación estaba limpia, solo que no hay ventilación y había algo de humedad. Lo único malo fue que al llegar no aceptaron pago con tarjeta a pesar de que eso se indicaba en la página (no teníamos efectivo y eran las 10pm), la recepcionista fue algo grosera al respecto, indicando que ella "no podía predecir cuándo se iba a descomponer su terminal". Entonces recomiendo ir preparados por si algo se les descompone en el hotel ya que ellos no parecen estar preparados. También la página indica que el check-out es a la 1pm pero en realidad es a las 12pm.

Buen hotel para quedarse una o dos noches si no se es exigente; los cuartos están limpios, tienen agua caliente y las camas están decentes, además de que el hotel en sí es tranquilo y seguro, y está muy bien ubicado, a tan sólo una cuadra del Zócalo. Sin embargo, el inmueble se encuentra en un callejón, rodeado de edificios abandonados, lo que hace que la zona se sienta insegura, además de que en la cercanías hay un bar que tiene música fuerte hasta altas horas de la noche, por lo que si se es muy sensible al ruido, no lo recomiendo. En general es buena opción si no se cuenta con mucho dinero.
