Perfect location to walk to Marvel stadium for an event. Tram stop directly outside, perfect to explore the city. Fantastic views from the apartment with a balcony and windows that open for fresh air.

Great location close to city. Great view from room. Excellent facilities

It’s a new hotel and rooms were clean. Convenient location within Melbourne shopping precinct. Stayed on 7th floor corner room therefore some street noise could be heard. Only issue is where the TV was placed in an odd location in the middle at the end of the bed which was a safety hazard as you can hit your head against it. Tram stop is just right in front at Elizabeth street.

Location was fantastic, parking easy, check in and check out quick, friendly staff, appreciated the confirmation phone call earlier too

Very lovely apartment, close to convention centre, South bank and transport. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

We loved our stay here, the heated pool was a highlight, and the breakfast options were great. The staff were very friendly and made check in/out very easy. The little touches like champagne on arrival (and apple juice for the kids!) were a welcome treat!

We stay there every time now. it has everything you need within walking distance and the staff are excellent. Always helpful.

Apartment was great, newly refurbished which was lovely and beautifully presented with everything you needed in it and great views over the harbour. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was great for 2 couples. Having access to the pool and gym was great too. EXTRA BONUS we were able to check in and out early and late at no extra cost!!!!! This was a godsend after our very flight from NZ, meant we didn’t have to carry our suitcases around before check in. Would definitely stay here again.

Was upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment.. Staff took us up to our room.. The view was amazing. 2 bathrooms. Comfy beds.

Less than 10 minutes walk from Southern Cross platforms so very convenient to get around. Supermarket and eateries close by. Room clean and well appointed. Friendly staff.

We are a family with a 10 year old. The Hotel facilities including the pool, spa & sauna including the roof top BBQ area was fantastic. We decided immedicately that we would return and stay back at this Hotel next visit as a couple. The location was ideal with great eateries with walking distance near by shopping area. The tram station was very close by and with free city trams this location was great.

No complaints about accommodation, but Docklands is quiet off peak/during the week so buddy system is best if coming back late at night.

Overall was a good place to stay. Towels when we arrived was hanging outside and didn’t appear to be clean. Stains on the carpet, bed head damaged and very dusty which had questions on how well the place is cleaned. Lots of dirty marks on the walls which again has questions on cleaning of the room. Overall it was a nice place to stay and would stay again. Just bit more detail of the cleaning. Also there was was empty cans and bottles on the balcony with cigarette bits in them
