It’s a new hotel and rooms were clean. Convenient location within Melbourne shopping precinct. Stayed on 7th floor corner room therefore some street noise could be heard. Only issue is where the TV was placed in an odd location in the middle at the end of the bed which was a safety hazard as you can hit your head against it. Tram stop is just right in front at Elizabeth street.

The perfect place to stay when visiting Melbourne. Fantastic location, quality and size of the 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our needs. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Clean rooms that are well maintained. Highly recommended.

Most comfortable bed I’ve ever experienced. Everything was modern and made sense. The big window next to the bed was amazing. I will definitely come back. Cafe next door is delicious.
