"From the first moment, service was friendly and efficient. Check-in was seamless. The room was comfortable, especially the bed. The sink was separate to the bathroom, with no door to the sink area. Breakfast was great. Evening meals were very good, although there was a hiccup with our dessert (mudcake) coming 3/4 frozen after a long period of time. The bar staff were tardy in coming to customers waiting to be seated. All in all a great place and we would come again."

"Great stay in Melbourne. Always enjoy staying at Meriton suites as a frequent business traveller. I've stayed at other sites within the group, but first time in Melbourne. Check-in was a little slow, but I think she was a trainee. The room was amazing and well appointed. Can't fault it.👍 On their listing there doesn't appear to be any mention of no housekeeping, nor was it mentioned during check-in, just hand-written on my guest registration form. Need to have more transparency around this, especially at the time of booking (maybe look at Oaks Market street listing as an example). Finally, the highlight was the personalised customer focused gift of chocolate and wine with a hand written note to celebrate my 25th stay with Meriton. Wow - nice touch!! "

"The room was a good size and included a washing machine. It also had easy access to Marvel Stadium and southern cross station via the exit on the 4th floor. Overall a pleasant experience. "

"Amazing stay at the crowne plaza. Check in went smoothly and my room was lovely and clean. Buffet breakfast is exceptional and worth the extra cost. Couldnt fault my stay - all the staff were wonderful, kind and willing to go above an beyond. Thank you to AJ for a smooth check in experience."
