"I stay at this hotel each year when I visit family in Australia. I have been coming for years now and stay from 1 to 2 weeks at a time. I love the location right by the Yarra river in Southbank with easy access to the CBD. I love that the hotel is small. The rooms are quiet and adequate. The bathrooms also adequate. The staff are friendly and responsive. They have the best buffet breakfast which is often included in the hotel price. This year however, not only wasn’t my breakfast included, but the price of the hotel had gone up considerably. Coming from overseas, hotel price is an important factor for me. However, for now, I like the hotel well enough, that I will continue to stay there on my annual visits to Melbourne."

"This apartment is in a great location for staying in melbourne. The apartment itself could use a little bit more TLC some walls are scuffed, one tap was loose and the bathroom silicon could use a bit more cleaning, but these were minor things. Check-in and staff were excellent. The bed was comfortable, sheets and bedding clean, which was just what I needed."
