"Excellent location. Nicely designed. Rooms are very modern, clean and well set up. Emad and Jemina at the front desk are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The hotel should be 4+ star rating. Would definitely stay there again in the future."

"Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Requests were met. Hesmon at the front desk was nice, attentive to requests known. Daily clean request were met which was pleasant. Overall, quiet, peaceful experience. Cons: lipstick mark on one of the cup in the room so thorough check will be useful for future note. One of the staff who works at the front desk hung up the phone when he couldn’t understand the request? Didn’t even make the effort to call back, apologize and clarify. Please be aware of the customer requests and make sure the requests are met. Random but few of the guys who were staying in the hotel had hostile vibes, not necessarily saying things out loud but talking in their own language, being immature, inappropriate. I can feel the rude and odd vibes from them. Short but unpleasant experience."

"The Radisson Blu is attached to the airport. Current construction makes it difficult to find within the building, but easy to locate outside. The staff was friendly and checked us in an hour early. He gave us some tips about seeing Rhine falls. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Unfortunately, we only had 4 hours to sleep before trying to catch our flight. It was perfect for what we needed. It is expensive but takes the stress out of trying to get to the airport for an early flight. "

"This hotel was perfect for a one night stay for an early flight! With the use of public transportation, you're in and out in less than 10 minutes to the airport! The room and spacious and clean, comfortable bed, and a pizzeria nearby; however, if you want other food, you'll have to go into town by taking the metro to the exit after the airport, walking through the park 15-20 minutes and you're at the grocery store & restaurants."

"Our room (402?) smelled heavily like stale cigarette smoke. I went to the front desk and they assured me that the rooms were smoke free, and offered to move me to a different room and comp a few drinks at the lobby bar. I was only staying one night so I toughed it out. Everything else was great, from the staff to the bar, to the restaurant. Also, I had two rooms booked for family reasons- and the other room did not smell at all- so I believe ours was from the last tenant prior to us."
