A nice hotel with helpful staff, well situated for transport and only about 1.5 km from the centre. Good breakfast. The rooms have a good desk for working, and wardrobe etc. However the sheets and bath towels are cheap and uncomfortable, and the foam pillows too thick and large to sleep on.

Great hotel, reasonable price

We stayed for our first night at Zurich. Hotel staff are super friendly and courteous. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed the variety of food. Location is great if you plan to explore the city center.

Stayed a few days in Zurich for holiday. I believe this area is mostly local/residential but directly in front of public metro stop. A few places to eat close by. If you are looking for peace and quiet this is the place.

What a lovely little place, off the beaten track. I enjoyed a wander into the city every morning, but the tram is right outside if you need it. Clean, quiet, great breakfast and - important for Zurich - affordable :)

We chose Hotel Neufeld because it is close to my grandson’s apartment. It is very clean with a very nice staff. The room and especially the bathroom was very small, but it was adequate for us. The breakfasts were excellent. It was also very close to transportation making it easy to get around the city. I would recommend it for anyone who needs to stay in that part of town.

Convenient location near the centre

Lovely spot next to the tram stop and only a short 10min journey to the main station and the centre. Even though I only stayed for one night it was great to have such a convenient spot to explore the city from. The room was well furnished and I had a peaceful sleep. The room could have been slightly warmer but dressed for the expected weather

Boutique hotel.

Great location, 50 metres from a very efficient tram line into central Zürich and train station. We had a balcony which was great . But no air conditioning, only a electric fan. Very nice modern bathroom with walk in shower. Good wifi. Basic breakfast, but enough.

This hotel is somewhat close to the central area of Zurich/Old Town. It’s about a 15 minute tram ride which stops steps away from the front door. The room I had was small but comfortable. The breakfast was good - selection of cheese, yoghurt, breads, cereal, some bite sized fruit, juices, etc. It was enough to fill me up. I would recommend this hotel as it’s convenient and reasonably priced for the Zurich area.
