"Excellent location. Convenient because we had early morning departures back home in the morning. Just walk across the street to check-in and then to the gates. I'm glad I chose to stay here."

"The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The strict early check in process was lengthy although I paid extra for it. They need to realize that a customer who have travelled far and is tired they need refreshment. so the staff needed to clean it up earlier espcially when I had contacted them early. The second issue was it was hard to get hold of hotel clerk over the phone from overseas."
