"We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. It’s minimal but everything is well thought out and super clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable — because we were on the top floor we even had AC! The location was super convenient too, with transit, groceries, and many great restaurants just steps away."

"A really friendly hotel which was perfect for families with young children. The reception staff were always helpful. I was always able to get warm milk for my toddler who drinks from a bottle. Easy access 5 minutes walk to tram # 2 and #3 tram stops that takes you to Old City and lake Zurich. Excellent amenities pool, gym, jacuzzi etc! Tram #3 also takes you to Main Station HB for TGV express to Paris and other European cities! I highly recommend Crown Plaza IHG Zurich! The best 4 star hotel in Switzerland!,"

"Overall experience was really good. It is conveniently located, not too far from Zurich HB and well connected by trams. The room was small but clean. Pillows were poor which caused neck pain. Breakfast bar had limited but sufficient options. The lady attendant was alone most of the times (another lady helped her briefly) and had to do too much running around. She would benefit from some help."

"Great location for using the tram. Lovely rooms. My son and I did the bunk bed room and it was much larger than I expected. Great that it had a free basic mini bar (refilled once a day), but no tea and coffee making facilities in the room which was disappointing. Whilst breakfast wasn’t cheap, it was probably average for Switzerland prices. My son loved the juice machine and waffle maker. The pool was on the cool side, which is ok if you are swimming, but not for chilling in. Bonus was the gym, although it’s not monitored and kids did get in and mess around. Would recommend the hotel, especially if you have teenagers as my 13 year old loved it."
