We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Zurich. The location was excellent, just a short walk from Zurich HB, making it very convenient for trains, trams, and exploring the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would gladly stay here again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zurich.

Air conditioning was key as we stayed during a heat wave. We appreciated being close to the train station and Bahnhofstrasse. Laundry service (additional cost) was a nice amenity. Staff are available 24 hours, friendly, and helpful.

We had a pleasant experience at the Bristol Hotel. It is in a great location and is close to the train station and riverfront area. The room was a good size and very clean. The beds were quite comfortable. The front desk staff person was very friendly and helpful. For all these reasons, we recommend the hotel. Things to note: there was not a fridge in our room (we didn’t think to check before booking because they are standard in US hotel rooms) and there is a sign in the room that says the AC will only turn on when the external temp is 29 c. Also, breakfast is not included in room price. We paid extra for the breakfast, but it was not, in our opinion, worth the price.

They were kind about storing our luggage when our room wasn’t ready (we arrived early). They also gave us a room upgrade and we had a large room for us and our adult sons. Quiet and comfortable place to sleep. Located in good walking distance to lots of restaurants and Old Town.

I had a pleasant stay at the Bristol Hotel Zurich. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
