Hotel staff were unfriendly. Check in was self serve. Room was small but comfortable and within easy walk to train station. Cheap for the city.

Property was convent to the train station, nice safe area. The check in process was strange and confusing but the room was ok. The AC didnt work so we had to sleep with the tiny window open. We end up not sleeping much due to all the noice from the train. It’s a trade off.

Nice looking property. Easy 5 minute walk to train station and nearby a grocery store and several cafes. Biggest drawback was lack of air conditioning and train noise, but overall a good experience.

The hotel is around 5 mins walk from train station. There are many tram stops around the hotel make it easy to get around Zurich. Many groceries store and good local restaurants to choose from within 5-10 mins walk. I would stay here again if we go back to Zurich.

There is no 24 hour manned check in. The automated check in did not work and the reception area is not lit. This was very unnerving when arriving on my own, late after a flight delay.

Beautiful esthetic. Friendly staff at the bar downstairs who helped with check in. Really nice coffee and simple food offerings from the bar downstairs as well. Excellent location close to old town, the land museum and the main train station. Highly recommend!

Nice deluxe double room next to train station

Nice hotel next to Zurich train station. No contact self check at the cafe. Hotel will send email 24 hours before arrival with pass code for check in. Worth to stay in Deluxe Double room as it was much larger than the standard rooms which were squeezy.

Snug as a bug

Needed a place after arriving from a late train. This room was so cozy, the bed especially, that I relaxed and had the best stay. Love the view, the area is so convenient and clean!!!

Everything was pleasing and good quality and we enjoyed our stay. The only negatives were a messy shower arrangement, washbasin with a flat (non draining) base and we found the black decor impractical and a bit gloomy.
