"Very basic. The room was ok. We did not use the pool or laundry facilities."

"I had stayed at another Hotel 1 Suites in GA just a few weeks ago and it was very nice, so I decided to choose this one when my wife and I needed a room for a night in Kissimmee. Other than the ac working and the shower being warm, the hotel and room were a dump. Bugs went scurrying under the furniture when we entered to room and turned on the lights. The bathroom was falling apart, the bed sounded like it might break if you so much as turned in bed and the desk and chair in the room looked like it had been picked out of a trash heap.Nothing in the room had been repaired or updated since the hotel was built last century, and what would have been the breakfast area was closed and full of boxes and broken furniture instead. Staff was ok, but it is clear the owners are just out to make money and don’t care about what kind out experience the guests have. Stay clear of this place!"

"The room and the bathroom were clean. Could use bigger drawers for clothes. The staff was great especially with my child. Breakfast was good. They ran out of things quickly, they only have 1 waffle iron and people were waiting in line like they were at Disney waiting for a ride. The food area was smaller than a New York studio apartment trying to feed a penthouse party. Parking was plentiful and i felt safe with it being there."

"Let me start by saying that the location is a TEN. It’s super close to all things Disney and close to downtown Celebration. This is why we chose this hotel to begin with. The restaurants around the hotel are all great too! The actual hotel itself though is…meh. The rooms and furniture are VERY outdated. The dressers in the bedrooms were all broken, to the point where we couldn’t even use them because they were literally falling apart. None of the bedrooms had clocks, which drove my family nuts. There is also no ice maker or ice trays in the refrigerators, and the hotel ice machines were broken. So, if you want ice, I’d pick up a bag and bring it with you. The pool was great for kids, but make sure you get there early to get a seat because there are very few pool chairs outside. And, if you plan on doing laundry, just know that it took our one load of laundry almost 3 hours to dry. Overall, it was fine. There are too many other great hotels in Orlando though, so we wouldn’t stay here again."

"To begin with, there was some competition of youth soccer happening in the area and the hotel was full of unsupervised boys running through the hall ways, playing in the elevators and one day after coming back from a park, we could not enjoy the pool, it was not being monitored by staff and there were all these kids running everywhere. The pool water was freezing. There are fees galore. You have to pay for parking but there were many cars without passes which would make finding parking hard if you went out. We had to take my grandson to the emergency room and when we came back almost at three in the morning, we had to park way in the back. Then I found out when I checked my credit card, they put a hold of 400 and change the first night I got there, there were two holds of 150 dollars and then when I checked out, they charged the whole about I had reserved which was a little over 5 hundred. So I had these pending charges on hold until they released it. The lobby and the pool area are very nice but it was a not a great four day stay."

"Clean, spacious room. Hot shower with great water pressure. Easy check in and parking. Breakfast is good with omelet station, pool is nice. Would definitely stay here again"
