This is a top rate hotel in Hue. It has been by far the best hotel I have stayed in Vietnam. The rooms are amazing as well as the gym, spa, pool and dining areas. I will definitely look out for the MELIA brand as I am unfamiliar with this chain and I certainly hope that the others will be just as good!

Quality showed in everything. I had a corner room on 30th floor. Well worth thr extra money to be abke to see city from one window and mountains on the other. All tbe extra touches made me feel valued as a customer. I will seek out this brand more often.

Staff were friendly. Check in was a brief. Appreciated their arrangement for both rooms to be on the same floor. The views from the premium rooms were great. Breakfast was great too. They provided flexibility for late check out. While the soundproofing to the outside was great, the soundproofing internally between rooms upstairs and us wasn't ideal - we could hear their tv at night quite loudly and were lucky it didn't go on past too late in the night. Something to be aware of as it's going to depend on the behaviour of the other guests. Sauna should be included for guests to use like many similar hotels.

The hotel is getting older in a forest of hotels that being built around it. The rooms are on path for a renovation of the rooms. But, the staff and service was fantastic. The restaurants and the ding service are bravura.

Fabulous hotel with wonderful and friendly staff. Special shout to to Nguyen who helped with a flight issue I had. I ended up upgrading to a room on The Level and it was huge with great views across Hue. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and there was both a bath and a shower. The afternoon tea offering was fabulous - free cocktails, wine and canapes every day between 1530 - 1800. The pool was absolutely huge and when I went, I was the only one in it! It also has a really nice Sky Bar.
