This hotel is absolutely stunning with an incredible view of Halong Bay. The room and facilities are some of the best I have experienced. The food and drinks are reasonable priced for a 5 star hotel and the staff are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for your stay at Halong Bay

Exceptional 5 star hotel with a big restaurant/breakfast area with lots of different tasty food, and fantastic pool with well priced cocktails and other drinks. Nice lobby and concierge. Very nice, helpful and friendly staff. A special thanks to Duc Trung at the pool area and Duc Anh making beautiful margaritas!

Unreal. Hidden gem. Worth the trip.

I can definitely recommend this cruise. There are many options, but very hard to fault this cruise. Cruise manager Marinella Sheen Oania was exceptional, as was Korina Bicaldo, who constanty made sure we were having a good time. Was very relaxing, and food was great. If you are seeking a big party boat, this one is probably not for you.

Everything was fantastic about this overnight experience with Syrena Cruises. The staff were very attentive and nothing was a problem for them. We had a room with a balcony with a fantastic view of the limestone islands jutting out of the water. The meals were beautiful and we also did a cooking lesson with spring rolls. The activities were also great. We walked through a huge cave, swam at a beach and there was a chance to climb a hill to a temple. We also did tai chi early in the morning....

This property is like a museum - it has it all the collection of Bonsia plants , statues , aquarium, bonds not to mention a collection of animals in the basement ( dog , birds, and some really out of this world collection of everything this Hotel owner could get his hands on) almost forgot to mention the paintings and historical items dating back to 500 BC.
