"Staff were so friendly, patient and helpful! We did have a small issue with getting bedding for the couches, By midnight, I still didnt have any and I had to go down and find someone to get some. Breakfast was basic with muffins and Nutri Grain bars. They only had sweetned creamers for the coffee so if you only us half and half, bring your own! Our rooms had large fridge, stove tops, microwave and big tv! Not the worst place for sure!"

"Checking in took slightly longer than I’d like since the system seemed to be very slow, this also prolonged checking out at the snack shop which took nearly 20 minutes just for the machine to allow me to pay, but the staff were very friendly and apologetic. My room wasn’t very clean, there were several very long hairs in my sink and shower. Additionally, upon checking out I noticed that my smoke detector was covered with plastic and taped shut, making me question my safety had there been a fire and the bag prevents it from picking up the smoke. It seemed to have been there from some renovations/painting that I think was done recently at the property, since the red fire alarm in the lobby had the same blue scotch taped wrapped around it as the detector in my room. I wish I had said something to the front desk, but I had only realized the fire alarm until after I was checking out and couldn’t wait for the front desk person to finish their call. I may rethink booking here again"

"When walking into the room the first smell was bug spray. I don't know if that's a good thing. Made my way into the room air conditioner work refrigerator was nice bed was made very nice. Decided to take a tubby. Notice there is a large amount of hair throughout the tub and the walls. Somebody definitely had a good shave. And I had one of the attendants his name was Nick he was from India. I told him there was a problem in the bathroom with the tub with the hair he tried to explain to me how to use the shower. When I showed him the hair he said it was housekeeping he tried giving me another room with more hair in it. After the Harrington I continue to the bed which was stained from the last guest. Looks like they enjoyed either spaghetti or some kind of Singapore noodles decided not to use those sheets good thing I brought an extra blanket. If you're looking for a smash pad you found the place"

"The arcade looked fun, maybe a little more aimed at kids than we were expecting. The room and common areas were great, clean and we got good value for the money. Breakfast smelled good after a peaceful night in our room, but we had to leave so we didn't get to taste it."

"We enjoyed all of our stay. The bartender stayed late and allowed our group to have a few drinks - we appreciated that very much! The only thing that I didn’t agree with, was the coat of my continental breakfast. I had a bagel with cream cheese (that I toasted myself) and a black coffee….$14.00!!! Maybe consider including baked goods with the room fee??"
