"Room was clean, staff were friendly. Hot tub wasn’t working correctly which was a little frustrating but obviously out of their control. Breakfast was ok, your typical hotel breakfast but there were many choices! Would stay there again! "

"Property advertises a pool and hot tub. Neither was available due to extended renovations. This is false advertising and I should be refunded. Hotel staff totally unapologetic. Property in poor condition throughout. Drop ceiling panels missing, with pipework and insulation visible. Toilet doesn't flush reliably. Bathroom sink drains slowly. Baseboard fell off and is sagging loose. Unattended exterior doors, that nominally have keycard security, open without a keycard scan. Look elsewhere."

"It's very nice that they offer you a bottle of champagne when you arrive. Rooms are clean stuff is polite. I did not use any of the amenities but looks like plenty of people were enjoying them. Restaurant has great food spendy but good"

"Our room smelled like musty mildew. My daughter had an asthma attack and we had to sleep with all the windows open. "

"I was received well. Unfortunately I found the building and amenities very sub par. The lighting in the lobby was dim. In the hallways the lights are flickering constantly. In my room the bathroom light only had one lit when i tried to get the other bulb to light up it became apparent that it needed repair as it strobed aggressively. Furthermore when i tried to use the atm....it didnt have any cash. No notice saying it was out. The gym was very meager and the bathroom next to it smelled horrendous. Sadly i would rate this stay 3/10 i cannot reccomend a hotel that is not in proper working order. "
