"Great hotel in a fantastic location, just a 15-minute walk along the beach to Fisherman’s Village. I stayed in a lovely bungalow facing the water and really enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive throughout. There were, however, a few downsides worth mentioning: 1) The hotel ferry service to Fisherman’s Village is very limited, and taxis are surprisingly expensive compared with other parts of Thailand I’ve visited. 2) The Wi-Fi was very poor. "The hotel is located on the beachfront and is so lovely. The two ladies working on the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed in a beachfront room and a poolside room as we booked an extra night on Koh Samui, and both rooms were amazing. The AC was lovely, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. We also had the breakfast which was tasty. The only small issue is there are not many sunbeds and people do get up quite early to reserve them. But the beach and the view are gorgeous. Highly recommend!"
