"We arrived on Friday and had lunch at the club beach, we got a stomach infection that ruined our stay! We left on Sunday feeling terrible and the previous night we missed Xcaret Night show because we were feeling terrible. After we left we went to the doctor and she confirmed we had an infection "

"Not enough lounge chairs with umbrellas throughout the resort. No secluded adult area. Food was a 3/5. Mexican restaurant food was not worth the time. Clean and Amazing staff though!"

"Everywhere you turned there was a pool, food, and bar one thing I wished they had was more nightly entertainment and a bar that had sports fill with tv and games other than that this place was fantastic and would go back !"

"Overall we had a very good stay. What truly made this hotel worth it was the staff — everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our trip. The hotel itself was very clean, well maintained, and we loved the convenience of being able to access the other RIU hotels and use their amenities as well. My only real complaint would be the food. While everything looked great and had very nice presentation, most of it lacked flavor. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated how hard the staff worked to make guests feel comfortable."
