"The apartment has potential to be lovely, it is in a lovely neighbourhood and has a delightful balcony, however it is in a very shabby state currently. It needs some serious TLC to bring it up to standard. Even a lick of paint would improve things. The oversized TV (small lounge area) can’t be used as the remote control is broken. "The apartment was lovely and our needs were catered for. It was clean and tidy, the building site next door was quiet even in work hours. Location is great and close to shops, family friendly with books and toys for the kids and a pod coffee machine for the adults. Parking was an issue, we have a larger car (Audi Q7) and we parked in the designated parking space but I wasn’t able to open my passenger door as a stump was in the way, I would exit the car before it was parked. "Good location, handy to everything. Main problem for us was chasing up property managers. May need better organization around key pick up after hours and entry also with auto doors out after hours. We enjoyed our stay though."
