"The hotel looks beautiful. The staffs are very warm and accommodating. The rooms are clean and has comfy beds. The buffet breakfast is amazing! Good food in a very nice room. Staffs are really nice. The property is very close to Dotonbori and subway services, so its easy to go around...Stayed for 4 nights and we had a great time. Would comeback again!"

"Property was very nicely presented, amenities were kind and well received. Free drink was a nice touch and unlimited free coffee and water was very nice. Room was quite small for myself and two cases which was a shame but I made do. Bed was very nice and western pillows were given which was greatly appreciated. Room was quite dusty in places but otherwise clean. Breakfast was very nice, yoghurt fruit and seeds were my personal standouts. Be warned, transport to the hotel can be troublesome, not...
