"We stayed at this hotel for a week and loved it!! The staff is great and the hotel has a lot to offer. Buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner apart from reserved dinners that come with the all inclusive. Overall we had a great experience 10/10!"

"I enjoyed greatly the warm hospitality of the staff. Especially Latoya Jackson who treated my daughter and I kindly from the first day on arrival to the very last day. At breakfast and lunch she would seat us and check in frequently to ensure we were ok. Another exceptional staff was Kenisha who served us at the lobby bar, a thoughtful, pleasant person who was attentive to us on the many occasions we would stop by there on our way to dinner. There are many other pleasant encounters with the staff for whom we knew not their names. Overall it was a pleasant stay, few small hiccups with choice of room but this was resolved. "

"If you love a fun, party vibe, this is the place to be. First time I stayed at RIU Palace. Super boring but a nice hotel. This is my second time at Reggae and it won’t be my last. Staff is friendly as always!"

"I have stayed at the Hyatt properties numerous times in different countries and they have never disappointed me. The staff at all properties are amazing helpful friendly courteous. The food at Hyatt Jamaica is great no complaints at all they have a good variety to choose from. Don't drink alcohol but I've heard they drinks are great also."

I am saying this because I used to work there from 1979 onwards, and I came back for a Vacation, I love the property and would like to some the maintenance of it better, and I will be back there. "The Spanish Court Hotel is exactly as portrayed in the photos. The staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel was very clean and the Jamaican breakfast was outstanding. The only downside is the views from the rooms are limited."
