Staff was very welcoming and attentive. Property and room very clean. Food inconsistent, ranges from a “B” to an “A minus.” When we were there the property was at 100% capacity, which created real problems finding a beach chair. Same with the restaurants. If you weren’t in line by 5:45 your seating could not occur for nearly two hours. Could be due to staff shortages due to the hurricane.

Room was always clean! The staff was amazing! There is so much to do there! Downloading the app was huge! We had a little one (5 yrs old) with us and was really hesitant about putting him in StarCamp so that he could meet the other little kids, but it turned out to be the best decision! The security was great, He never wanted to leave the camp, and bawled his little eyes out when we had to leave. We’ll be back!!! Even with the kids!

The food here was very good for resort food. The drinks were good. The staff were lovely. the beach is one you can swim in. The resort is a little small but overall it was a great experience and id stay here again.

Beautiful grounds & common spaces Lovely lazy river and main pool with fun swim up bar. Wonderful bartenders & pool/beach servers with a special shout out to Jamie who really stood out. Daytime pool entertainment was great(if you choose). Ocean front suite was spacious with great views. Had a few issues like a troublesome shower door. Also had outlets fail a few times but Maintenance was prompt. Food & service at Buffet for breakfast/lunch was best food experience during stay but usually had a 10 minute wait, Had a nice lobster at Rubys but the steak was bad. Went back a 2nd time for the lobster- seating there open to the outdoors was very nice. The Greek spot was the nicest venue but food was meh. The Italian was the only place we ran into grumpy staff all week & the food was bad. The coffee shop near check-in was outstanding. Great specialty coffees /teas with tasty finger foods available all day. There's a limited room service menu but service was quick and friendly -found a decent small pizza which was handy most nights later on as the al la carte restaurants limit food orders to a 3 course menu(no extras dishes). Nice spacious beach with comfy lounge chairs and good drink service. Water shoes helpful for swimming. Overall good experience within a short distance to airport

The hotel was clean and everyone did their utmost to make people feel at home , despite any personal challenges it did not show . There was choice of a la carte restaurants and the buffet was excellent quality . Rooms are clean and pools and beach great . We are so glad we continued with our holiday to Jamaica after the storm. Special mention to Sean at reception, friendly , calm and patient with the check in . Also Sheena at concierge always had a a warm smile for us and lots of chit chat .
