"We had a most wonderful stay in Jamaica at Windsong Villa on Montego Bay. The accommodations were simple, comfortable, and very relaxing. Our view was astounding!! Morning, evening, and all day long, the view was just beautiful! Mel, our host, took great care of us. He and Marsha were very helpful to answer our questions about the island, and life in the Jamaican culture. The transportation access was perfect, and we were always put first on their schedule. "

"The host was NOT attentive, the amenities were NEVER provided! NO, DISHWASHER, ON THE BEACH, BBQ GRILL, TVS DIDN'T WORK, HOUSE WAS DIRTY, ELECTRIC FIREPLACE, these things were listed and NEVER provided! Her and her husband were extremely nasty and wanted me to walk from the gate to the house and wouldn't let my driver through the gate. My son's brother is security guard there and she told me I was a nasty effing liar. She used profanity at me and she was just extremely rude!! I DON'T recommend...

"​We had a pleasant stay and would recommend this property. The hotel itself is in condition, and the staff were consistently wonderful and helpful throughout our visit. My only complaints are that the breakfast menu is repetitive and the excursion desks was problematic. Avoid booking tours through the representatives at the hotel—if your plans change, they will refuse a refund and send you on a wild goose chase to resolve it with other companies." We ended up losing about $250.USD. they refused us a refund"
