"I visited the property on Saturday March 5 and found difficulty in gaining entrance and after the taxi entered on the opening of the mechanical controlled gate there were no signs indicating reception. After over 15 minutes I instructed the driver to leave the property and I went to R hotel where I booked a room for the duration of my stay in Jamaica. It was frustrating and embarrasing."
