"We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Crystal Cove Villa. There was an ongoing problem with the jacuzzi. The owner was aware and tried very hard to fix the problem, but they were never able to address it. Otherwise everything was great. We would definitely stay here again!"

"I made a reservation and received a confirmation email to state that my booking was successful and that we would make payment at the property. When we got to the property, the security had no record of the booking and we did not receive the apartment phase number we would be staying. He stated that the office was also closed so there was no one to call and reconcile this with. I was very disappointed as I had stayed there in April and was looking forward to coming back."

They had no rooms because they had overbooked and I had to find accommodations for the night.
