"We really enjoyed our stay at the Kowloon Shangri-La hotel. The staff were super helpful and friendly, love the breakfast buffet and the horizon club amenities. There were plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Walking distance to the subway station. The harbor view from our room is amazing. Beds are comfortable and the blankets are not too thick or thin, just right. We will definitely be back! Thank you for the amazing services! "

"The location was convenient—about a 6-minute walk to Jordan MTR station and around 10 minutes to the A21 airport bus stop. If you're travelling with both a large and small suitcase, it may take a bit longer due to the narrow streets leading to the hotel. There's also a 7-Eleven conveniently located just across the road. The room had all the expected amenities, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. While the sheets were slightly scratchy, it wasn’t a major issue—just an area where a small improvement could enhance the overall experience."

"transport options are good. convenient spot. easy to get a taxi or order an uber too. bed is firm and i love it like that because it helps me sleep better. I think the shower space is a bit squeezy though. functional space. right next to yummy Liu An Ju (lok on kui) so you can get great food all day! there is also a nice restaurant in the same building as ibis. Starbucks conveniently on Level 1 too!"
