"Rooms are cosy, simple, well maintained and clean. They accommodated our request to be on a higher floor towards the end of the corridor. The only negative I would say is that if people are talking in the corridor you can hear them in your room. Hotel is conveniently located in the central area of Kowloon a short walk from Jordan station. Staff are friendly and efficient. "

"Amazing to stay as a conference venue. Lunch buffet included with conference was amazing. Only thing is that there’s not much to do around the hotel per se but a short MRT ride to Sha Tin proper provides a massive mall and a couple temples to see"

"The room was clean, modern,spacious with great pillows however, the mattresses were REALLY firm. I saw a couple of other reviews about this and they were right! I like a firm mattress but this was a bit too much. The staff were friendly. Mirage and Matsubishi restaurants - staff are okay personally, could have been more attentive, had to always flag them down for additional wine, food, receipt,etc. Great location - and the view of the harbour was beautiful. Would stay here again for sure. Pool is really nice - with attentive service and handy QR code ordering option. "
