"El hotel en general necesita una actualización y mejorar áreas como la piscina para q sean atractivas al ojo del huésped. Durante mi estadia no hubo agua caliente. No hay nevera en la habitación. Por otro lado, el personal es excelente, amables y respetuosos, le doy un 10. El desayuno es muy bueno! "

"Great hotel for an overnight stay. The rooms are quite small with 2 small double beds but designed well with spaces to put your belongings. Rooms were quite new and ciean. The pool area was fantastic for the kids with lots of seating. Check in went smooth and staff was able to book our group of 7 on the first available shuttle to the airport the next morning and supply us all with a breakfast to go. Would recommend this hotel for a one night stay."

"Very nice hotel with excellent amenities. The free airport shuttle doesn’t run very often, so we weren’t able to use it. The location is cocked by highways so you need a taxi to go almost anywhere if you want to explore the city or eat outside of the hotel. "

"We were given a room that was full of mildew. When we turned on AC to help it too smelled of mold. When I spoke to manager she said previous person did not complain, which just tells me they have poor quality control. (And that she was dismissing my concern). My son started coughing due to conditions and we talked to front desk about checking out early. Turns out when we first arrived I signed a form allowing no early check outs. Just make sure you look at room before you sign their paperwork. After we complained they moved us to a room more in keeping with how the rooms were advertised. So I think we were given a room that had not been renovated yet. In short, I agree with some of the other reviews, motel quality and staff not very friendly. Also if healthy food important to you- be aware they have margarine not butter, not the freshest ingredients. I thought given price, I was paying for better quality that just wasn’t there. For additional context- the sheets were thin, had stains, and back porch had sewer smell. "
