Staff were very helpful, respectful and welcoming. Doney from customer service was very welcoming and accommodating. They staff made us feel like we were family. Rooms and hotel very clean. Overall I had an amazing time and will return in the future.

It’s best to go off peak. We had a wonderful stay in early September. The staff was excellent. We booked one excursion through the hotel which was amazing! We did another excursion with Gerald. He is great! All in all we had a great vacation in Costa Rica!

Great hotel overall! We were very pleased with our stay. The rooms were spacious, and the large TV with YouTube was a great bonus for the kids. The pool was nice, the beach was easily accessible, and the breakfast was good. We would definitely stay here again.
