We had a wonderful stay with our family. The staff were very friendly and the place was well cared for. The amenities were kept clean, rooms very nice and spacious. The pools were fantastic and kids had a blast at the water park/slides. The Tamarindo Bar had amazing iced coffee. Highly recommend staying here!

This was our second trip to this resort, the rooms, pools, restaurants, &bars have all been updated. Great location and friendly staff. The beach feels private and you can enjoy the wildlife anywhere you go. Highly recommend for adults and kids. If you’re booking through Expedia and get round-trip transportation, I recommend that you touch base with the company a day or two before you travel back to the airport just to check in so they know your pick up time. They sit next to the main stage in the morning.

Only complaint I have is that the bridge was leaking. My partner and I went to dinner and when we came back to the room there was water everywhere. They didn’t fix it or give us another room, they just turned it off. After that everything was amazing, the staff was wonderful. The food was good, the drinks were good.

Hotel and grounds are very nice. Staff was fine. Pools were beautiful. Did not care much for the food. All restaurants, except the steak house was a buffet. Getting reservations for dinner was difficult, which was confusing, since they were buffets. Ride from Liberia airport was bumper to bumper, took 2 hours. Roads were 1 lane in each direction. Rooms were fine, and house keeping was very good. All in all would not return.

The staff was great. When they saw how bad my husband's walking was, they switched us to a closer room, without us even asking. The room was very nice, modern and clean. Pools were beautiful and clean. Pool bars had excellent service, and drinks as you like them. My only concern was how thoroughly the non- disposable drink cups were washed? My favorite part was seeing the monkeys playing in the trees near the pools! The food was ok. Steakhouse was very good. Asian restaurant was excellent. Mexican restaurant was not good. Italian was good,and the buffet had a wide variety so you could find foods to your liking. It was a very enjoyable vacation, hot and sunny while at home it was frigid and snowy.
