The transportation was very weak while returning from expo the hotel shuttle didnt come for one hour to pick me up and hotel employee did not want to pay for taxi fare I got to come to hotel! The next day I had to go to expo and hotel shuttel was not there to pick us up they asked a cab and tried ...
Meeting at Arrival Terminal 2 was a great service. Facilitating access to the hotel shuttle ( we were a group of 10 Pax arr late evening). Check in was a bit chaotic but staff was courteous. Access to Terminal 1 is a breeze.
Location and facilities are excellent. My only complaint was regarding the main dining room. We had dinner there our first night and my husbands dinner was cold when it arrived after half an hour wait. He had fish and chips. I ordered spaghetti and had to wait 40 minutes for my meal. The concierge service is very gd by the two trainees , at 6pm .i like the concept of not giving tooth brush , save the earth . Overall very gd experience, will come back again .
