A lot of thanks to a young lady , her name is Ellie in reception helped me to book a car to go to Shenzhen because we have a lot of luggages. She telephoned to make sure luggages fit in th car. "The apartment is well maintained with daily cleaning and towels changed daily. There is a washing machine in the room which is useful as we stayed for 5 nights. The location is near to the famous Beijing pedestrian walk. The metro station and shopping mall is just at the basement of the apartment building. No regrets staying here. "
