This is not a hotel. It was an apartment style room. Convenient if staying with a family and require kitchens and laundry. No water supplied. Most hotels provide some bottled water. There was no view. The hotel next door blocked any view.

Overall good experience. They gave me a free upgrade which is great. A heads up, if you are a Chinese citizen, you have to provide your Chinese ID card at the reception as they don’t accept Chinese passport. You are also required to do Face Identify for check in. The great part of the hotel is, if you get lost around, which is very likely to happen there, you just need to look up to find this unique shape building and get the direction.

We were upgraded to a suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The rooms are spacious and in an excellent condition. The staff were friendly and willing to help. The hotel is next to a huge mall which leads to a subway.

The property is connected to a big mall which offers great dinning options. Besides a nice pool and gym, there is nothing special about the property. It feels like apartment instead of hotel. Lobby is dark and small. The door man and people managing pool are very friendly and helpful.

Großartiges Hotel mit fantastischer Aussicht

Das Hotel ist Teil der Ascott Raffles City und direkt aus einem riesigen Einkaufszentrum oder von dessen Vorplatz erreichbar. Es hat eine relativ kleine Lobby von der aus man in die Hotelzimmer fährt, die ab dem 24. Stockwerk beginnen. Je nach gebuchter Zimmerkategorie bekommt man ein Zimmer mit sehr guter Aussicht oder mit eingeschränkter Aussicht, weil man dann auf dien Außenfassade des Gebäudes blickt, oder eine wundervolle Sicht auf die gesamte Stadt hat. Das Hotel bietet westliches und chinesisches Frühstück in einem recht schmalen Restaurant, was zu etwas Gedränge führt. Abends bietet das Hotel ein kostenfreies Nachtmahl an. Der Pool liegt im zweiten Stock und ist sehr schön und relativ groß. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind extrem groß und sehr sauber. Gleiches gilt für das Bad. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen. Allerdings würden wir immer die teurere Zimmerkategorie buchen, weil sie nur unwesentlich teurer ist, aber der Ausblick umso grandioser.
