We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Shenzhen! The location is excellent, with plenty of shopping malls, restaurants, and food options all within walking distance. One of the biggest advantages is that the metro station is right outside the hotel, making it very convenient to explore Shenzhen and visit the city's attractions. The surrounding area is lively, with everything you need close by. It's a great choice for anyone visiting Shenzhen for shopping, sightseeing, or business. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great location for shopping for electronics and gadgets. Beautiful and clean hotel and facilities. However, impossible to access. All cab drivers had issues accessing the location as the address on Maps is blocked and the lobby is located at a h 23 rd floor

The rooms were clean and spacious with a nice view. We came to celebrate my family's birthday and they surprised us with a cake and decorations. My stay was relaxing and enjoyable and all the staff members there were extremely friendly. Winnie was very helpful when we checked out. She was able to assist us with our rideshare situation to the train station!
