This hotel was very clean, reasonably priced and easy to book. It’s in a great location right off the freeway. It seemed safe and the neighborhood was quiet. They serve an amazing free breakfast with eggs, sausage and potatoes. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The staff were very friendly & helpful to all our needs. The large room was very clean & well stocked. The king bed was very comfortable, we slept well. The hotel amenities were excellent & maintenance well. Breakfast was very good & more than enough to start our day. We had a wonderful stay!!

Room is very clean and quiet Lobby and general condition of the hotel is very clean and good condition. Free parking is a bonus these days The breakfast besides the eggs and crispy square potatoes is an easy pass and the coffee is abysmal.

This property is conveniently located off the 405 Fwy in Fountain Valley, CA. 20 minutes to Huntington Beach/Coast Highway and tons of places to dine. The hotel itself stands out as friendly staff, clean room, excellent room services and clean well maintained grounds. The breakfast fare was good and check out as well as check in were a breeze.

Traveled with my husband and enjoyed this hotel. The hotel is right off of the freeway which was convenient for traveling around but noisy for the stay. Breakfast was decent but at other Ayres properties there was a bit more of a selection. All in all had a great time and the staff was friendly.
