He went above and beyond, securing reservations, suggesting hikes, and welcoming us to his property. "We were told there was no air conditioning within the hotel but a/c was on @ breakfast but not in the rooms. Place is run down some rooms need a candle to see in the bathroom. Recommend 2nd floor if you may have difficulities lifting luggage up flight of stairs. "
