Very friendly and helpful staff. The jacuzzi is in a wierd enclosure although it used to be uncovered. Also not very hot. Poolside refreshments ie. Bar/café would do very well poolside rather than next to lobby. Breakfast was pretty good although not all hot items were available right at 7:00 AM when it opened.

This is an outstanding place to stay in Terceira. The property sits right on the ocean, offering beautiful sunrise views, and its location near the airport is extremely convenient. Parking is easy, both on the property and along the road. We had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean, well maintained, and welcoming. The staff were polite, attentive, and diligent in their work. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and warm, with an air conditioner that kept the space perfectly cool. Although we arrived earlier than expected due to our flight, the team kindly prepared our room so we could check in ahead of time. Breakfast was excellent, with a healthy and varied selection each morning. If you’re looking for a relaxing, peaceful stay, this is the ideal place. We would happily return on our next visit. Thank you for a great experience.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was perfect, the breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. The staff is beyond helpful! We missed our flight and could not find a taxi and the staff drove us to our destination. Beyond kind and helpful 🙏🙏🙏

This hotel is beautiful and I highly recommend. We booked it at the last minute due to a flight cancellation and were so very pleased. It is clean, updated and well maintained. The pictures are true to the experience. Gorgeous pool, wonderful ocean views - and the fitness room also has beautiful ocean views. The breakfast is also very good. The staff was warm and friendly and very helpful.

Well maintained property. Super clean and neat everywhere. No bad smells, not even the faintest. Staff was polite and helpful throughout. Breakfast was adequate and had enough variety to start the day well. Definitely recommend.

The hotel was nice although lacking a dinner restaurant. The pool was in need of a new liner as you could feel it lift up many inches from bottom as you walked. Terrible ant problem that we notified staff about but problem persisted. Ants were covering everything within a few hours of setting things down. Needed to keep luggage and backpacks closed, food up on shelf and still had ants got in the food. Daily cleaning was thorough but needed to spray for ants to rectify the issue but for some reason they didn’t.

I had a great experience at this hotel. Breakfast had an assortment of foods to choose from. There was a swimming pool and gym on the property. Access to beach and quick walk to town through back gates. The front receptionist Natacha was super helpful booking a taxi for a remote hike we wanted to do. Housekeeping was helpful supplying us with fresh towels when we asked. The only downfall I had was temperature control of room. At times slightly warm if coming in from walk. Other than that it was a fantastic stay!
