"Unfortunatley my friend had an injury during our stay , ended up in hospital for 1 night, then back to the hotel. A long walk on crutches to hotel room with no offer of a room closer to lift till all too late when an enquiry was made. I believe the receptionist could have shown initiative in this situation we found our selves in rather than expecting me to continually make requests . Other than that the rooms were clean and comfortable, all being well health wise its a great place to stay. "

"It is a nightmare getting in and out of the building due to congestion at lifts. They only have 2 lifts working. Please check before booking as you may have to wait 10-15min to get into the lift. Especially if you have luggage or a stroller. Hotel wasn’t transparent about this at the time of booking. For me personally, I will not return to this hotel "

"They let us check in early with a fee which was great after a 17 hour flight. They also let us check out an hour later with no fee so we could go straight from there to our cruise. "
