"This is our third stay at the Imperial and it won't be our last! Very homely, friendly - nothing too much trouble. We always have a superior double with sea view - the views are fantastic. Situated on the esplanade opposite the sea, behind hotel is the park and access to the town or take a leisurely stroll along the esplanade towards the point! Lovely! The food is good here. Buffet breakfast - everything you could wish for. Evening meal is choice of 3 or 4 starters, mains and choice of three desserts. They also offer a lunch/bar daytime menu and I can thoroughly recommend the afternoon tea - delicious!! They also do cream teas. "
"I arrived early and was able to check in straight away, lovely location and room had everything you needed! Very comfy bed and friendly staff! My only niggle would be that the shower pressure wasn’t very powerful at all but it was enough for a quick shower!"
"Fantastic traditional B&B close the centre of Dawlish and a short walk from all transport options.
We booked last minute but the hosts Ian and Nikki were pleased to accommodate us and provided comfortable clean rooms and a delicious award winning breakfast. Only caveat is the car park is relatively tight and might present a problem for drivers of larger SUVs but Ian was on hand upon arrival to greet arriving guests and ensure the parking worked out.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will definitely stop again for a next trip to Dawlish."
"Property as described. Easy check in and thankyou for allowing us to check in early due to attending a concert. Apartment well equipped and comfortable. Bus stop just outside which made getting around nearby Dawlish Warren easy etc only a few mins walk to Dawlish town and a pub with good food 4 min walk. The views from apartment and the garden were just stunning. We will definitely return "
