"A great stay and somewhere we'd visit again. More character than a premier inn. Clean, tidy and comfortable. All the staff we encountered were really helpful and friendly. Well situated relatively close to the M5, so good access to Exeter, the East and the West. Ample parking. Didn't have any food so can't comment on that."

"Nothing in the immediate area has improved although there is a lot of building work going on and I believe it involves pedestrianising the harbour area which should be much more appealing.. the dropping off of luggage outside is a bit worrying as it involves stopping on yellow line’s although the hotel staff said it was ok to do so.. access to the the car park opposite in the premier now is much better.. the last two years was quite a trek especially when it rains. The only fault I could find in our room is the tiles in the shower are showing some mold on the grouting.. bacon too hard, cups not big enough for a good cup of tea at breakfast .. "
