I spoke to the manager and they agreed to refund my card but it would take 7-10 days and it still hasnt been refunded. Also they charge an additional $25 per day tourism fee. The location is really good to be walking distance from attractions. Also my hotel room did not have a fridge nor microwave. "

"Waited 6 hours in lobby to check in. Breakfast was okay, managers reception was a joke. Rooms were okay but very dated hotel. When I checked out, I was told my bill wasn’t ready and they would email it to me as there was a problem with their system, although I owed nothing as I prepaid. I never got a bill and it’s been 5 days since I checked out. I looked at my credit card and they charged me $4,54 so I messaged to get them to explain this charge. I’ve still received no reply from them. I’ve stayed at embassy suites quite a bit over my time but this will probably be my last time staying at their hotels. Very disappointed to be stolen from!!"
