This hotel stay stared off horribly due to luggage issues at the airport but the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The shuttle staff gave me multiple rides back and forth from hotel to airport to attempt to retrieve my luggage which I was unable to do so, then the shuttle driver gave me a ride to and from Walmart to get clothes and essentials I needed to complete my cruise. Everyone that I encountered were nothing but friendly and helpful throughout my stay. 10 out of 10
