"$50 a day to park and its valet only. We were not aware of this before we arrived. Our cost was $250. Our toilet handle was hanging off of our toilet when we got our room and we had to have someone come fix it. The front desk workers were not friendly at all. The friendliest staff was the valet workers. Our neighbors had dogs in their room so we were woke up from dogs barking while we were trying to sleep. It is conveniently located to walk places but it was very average for the cost."

"This hotel was great if you want to fit many people in one room. If you’re looking for more of a conventional set up or just need four people in a room, I did not love the condition of the room rooms for the cost of the stay. The location was fine walkable if you’re able to walk about a mile and the staff were amazing but some of these rooms need to be upgraded!"

"This hotel is in a nice area in terms of being away from the noise. That being said, it is a LONG WALK from the French Quarter. It gets tiring very fast. But, all the rooms were in great condition. That made it worth it. The only real qualm I had with this hotel was the daily fee. On top of the expensive price I paid for the room, there was a daily fee of $34? A little odd because they give us a $15 “credit” a day to use on the bar or their restaurant. But I would have rather just not had the daily fee…."

"We stayed at the newer updates tower ( I believe Iberville ) and it was beautiful!!!! Super clean! Would absolutely stay here again!"

"The location was central to everything which was really convenient. The bed was so comfortable and the room was clean with plenty of towels. Could have used more water pressure in the shower but the water got hot so we were okay. Staff were very friendly and informative. "
