There are almost 70 steps to get to the apartment and you can sometimes hear crowd noise from the grand plaza (that's how close you are), but if those things don't bother you, I highly recommend it. "Not family friendly. There is no air conditioning as listed, just a portable unit and fans. We came during a heat wave and it was unbearable, especially with our 1 year old. Property manager barely responded and would ignore us for hours. There is also no clothes washer as listed. Crib was broken and could not be used. Apartment is in a good location and is, itself, clean but the halls and stairs and dirty and tight"
