There was very little service for guests, no one to help with our suitcases when we arrived or even at the front entrance. The rooms were very cramped, we could barely get around our suitcase because our room was so small.

Very central location and friendly/helpful staff. Since it's in city center, it's very small space. After opening the luggage, I barely had room to move around. The room is clean. However, the table/interior are old, and things don't feel fresh...Cleaning crew did not clean our bathroom or refill the soap (could be just a one time thing). The place works for young couples, but probably not for families with younger children.
